Judi is an Entrepreneurial Executive with a Master of Arts in Cosmetic Science, an MBA in Marketing and 25+ years of Personal Care industry experience. She is a creative, proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver with the ability to increase your brand's presence, market share and profitability while achieving/exceeding goals.
Her breadth of industry experience includes 15+ years of hands-on formulation in skin care, sun care, fragrance ancillaries, plus 10 years in hair care and makeup. Judi has lead complex strategic plans (restaging brands portfolios), created winning product concepts and successfully launched utilizing ad hoc teams and contract manufacturer partners. She has developed first-to-market innovative products and optimized pipelines.
Judi has decades of brand experience with Lancôme, Biotherm, Chanel, Tiffany, Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone, Lab Series, Skin Supplies for Men, Aramis, Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, Aerin Lauder, Bobbi Brown, Bumble & bumble, Ojon and Victoria Beckham xEL. Judi also consulted for independent (indie) brands, clean beauty skincare and makeup startups as well as freshly made, natural hair care for the Naturall Club.
